  • EDI capable. All Reports can be electronically transmitted via WinTotal software, Lighthouse software or attachment to E-Mail as a PDF file. It is always at your fingertips.
  • 24/7 on-line access to the status of your order. Read our internal notes, place a comment in the file or download, print or e-mail the appraisal right from your computer.
