We scan pre and post closing documents allowing them to be viewed and stored on line. Our compliance officer reviews all documents prior to closing to make sure they conform to corporate office guidelines and the TIL and GFE. Use our technology to your advantage.

What We Do in a Nutshell

Pre-Close: When you call us to schedule the loan to close we request a copy of the Good Faith Estimate and Commitment letter. We compare the fees on the above documents to the fees you are charging on the HUD. If there are any discrepancies, we contact you immediately, and get corrected documents from you for the borrower to sign at the closing table. We are looking out for you.

Post-Close: We make sure every document has been signed correctly. We take specified documents that are crucial to your custom designed compliance program and post them on our website as a separate file. These documents are available to the branch that placed the order as well as the corporate office.
