James B. Jordan, Jr., IFA
President/Chief Appraiser

Jim Jordan, a Certified Real Estate appraiser in New Jersey, New York, Washington D.C., Maryland, Florida, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Delaware, started his appraisal career in 1988. He is an FHA approved appraiser and holds an IFA designation from the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers. A Title Officer since 1992 he also holds title insurance licenses in New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware, Virginia,Ohio, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, West Virginia, South Carolina, Rhode Island, Wisconsin, Michigan, Maine, Vermont and New Hampshire. He was granted his B.A. in Communications by Rowan University.

Jim is President of The Jordan Real Estate Group and Quality Title & Abstract Agency. Both family owned and operated companies enjoy over 30 years in the mortgage services industry. He has spearheaded the company's expansion efforts and is instrumental in developing the technological advancements and streamlined processing systems allowing our companies to provide faster and more efficient delivery of appraisal and title insurance products to its business partners

Karen Thoms, a licensed title producer in New Jersey, Maryland and Florida, has been working in the real estate services industry since 1991. She has worked in every aspect of the business from production to sales and marketing, eventually becoming one of the owners of The Jordan Real Estate Group.

Karen was named the 2008 “Business Woman of the Year” by the Monmouth/Ocean chapter of the New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners.
