Mortgage Application Program

Mortgage applications are generated in many ways these days - referrals, direct mail, internet, telephone solicitations, etc. Some time ago we were approached by a large client who wanted to use our network of professionals to assist with their mortgage applications. In response, we established a program for our out of state mortgage companies who want face to face interaction with their borrowers but do not have the local presence to make it happen.

We do not sell or explain the loan to your borrower. Our function is to meet with your borrower and have them sign the loan application, pick up any application fees and the required documentation needed to satisfy your loan requirements.

Here is how it works ….

Our client contacts our Mortgage Application Team and schedules a date and time that the borrower expects us in their home. In most cases it will be three days after the sales call to the borrower. The client sends a loan package via overnight mail that will include a list of the documents we are expected to pick up from the borrower along with a list of signatures we are required to obtain. The required documents typically include pay stubs, tax returns, mortgage statements, bank statements, etc. The borrower will also provide us with the application fee if applicable. The amount will have been confirmed with the borrower by the loan officer during the sales call. If the borrower does not have any of the required documents, will not sign all of the loan papers in the package or does not have the application fee, the loan officer will be contacted from the borrower's home. If all of the documents were obtained the package will be delivered to one of our offices, audited and then returned to the client.
