Customer Service Representatives

The position involves office time and outside travel around New Jersey. In office responsibilities include heavy phone usage, cold calling, and researching and generating leads for our sales department. Applicant must be comfortable cold calling. Outside responsibilities require visits to existing and potential accounts to follow up sales team members and train clients on our custom tracking system. Individual must be energetic, articulate, have a professional appearance, ability to speak in a group setting, reliable transportation, excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
